Area IX Leadership Conference Details:
Lake Tomahawk
June 29 to July 1, 2009
Monday through Wednesday
Where: Lake Tomahawk Baptist Encampment
Off Hwy. 190 between Woodville and Livingston
Cost: $80 per student (assisting ag teachers are free)

9:30 a.m.All District Officers Arrive for Training Session
NoonLunch provided for District and Area Officers
1:00 – 3:00Registration for all campers
July 1
10:00All Campers Depart
Application Instructions
Students:
Fill out and return to your ag teacher the “Form # 1 LTBE , Registration Form” and the “Area IX Leadership Conference” Form by the date set by your ag teacher.
Acceptance letters will NOT be mailed to you. A letter and e-mail will be mailed to each Ag chapter. If you have not received confirmation by June 15th then check with your Ag teacher. If they have not received anything they may contact me at (936) 328-2257.
Teachers:
Promote the Leadership Camp/Conference
Pass out forms and have students return them by a designated date.
Remember your deadline to get all applications and a summary page to me is June 1, 2009.
Full payment is due with applications.
Fill out the summary sheet for your chapter. Send the summary form and both registration forms for all campers and alternates. Any teachers who are attending the camp need to fill out a LTBE Registration Form and send it in.
